The three adjoining cottages sleep 7, 4 and 4 and can be booked along with the fourth fully-accessible cottage, Hope Cross, for bigger groups. The largest cottage has a dining table that seats 15, allowing your group to dine and socialise all together, making Vicarage Farm the perfect set up for get togethers and celebrations with friends and family.

Riverside House holiday cottage is a large self catering cottage in Litton Mill a short 5 minute drive away from Tideswell and The Merchant's Yard Restaurant. Riverside House sleeps 9 guests in four bedrooms and has the option to sleep a further two on a sofa bed, one on a z-bed plus there is a cot. There are three bathrooms, a huge lounge with vaulted ceiling, surround sound TV with Sky sports, movies and BT sports and a log burner, a separate dining room, large fully equipped kitchen as well as a games room above the detached double garage. The garden is secluded with river views and there is off street parking. There are walks all round including the traffic free Monsal Trail only a stone’s throw away. Riverside House holiday cottage is also dog friendly.

The Old Toffee Shop built in 1881 - Self catering traditional stone holiday cottage with renovations completed by the owners Julie & Nigel Halliwell in 2017 to a very high standard, for those discerning guests who are looking for somewhere special to stay, located in the centre of this thriving village we are minutes away from local shops & services. This is our 2nd home & hence we hope you will appreciate the attention to detail regarding the furniture/ decor /equipment & the really luxurious beds & shower room. We have 2 bedrooms, but we can sleep 6 as we have a comfy sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is light & airy & can easily seat 6 people around the table. The adjoining lounge has a log burner & Smart TV. We have a pretty south facing courtyard with outdoor seating. Lockable bike storage is available within the outdoor boot room which also houses an outdoor hot/cold shower for your pooch to enjoy after their walk. Children & babies are welcome with stair gate, fire guard, high chair & travel cot available on site. Plenty of free street parking in front of cottage.

Tub Cottage, Litton
Tub Cottage is situated in the middle of the pretty village of Litton, with a 17th century pub and local shop, together with fantastic walks on the doorstep. Exceptionally well appointed and comfortable, having recently undergone a full refurbishment, the cottage sleeps up to 4 plus a baby. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
